Can I switch my Presence® website to a different template or design style?

What to do if you want to change your website's overall look or switch from one design template to another.

Overview

Switching your website to a completely different template is not something you can do yourself through the Website Builder — it requires working with the Luxury Presence team. However, you can make significant visual changes on your own using the Website Styles tool, which controls colors, fonts, and button styles across your entire site.

What you can change yourself

Using Website Styles, you can update:

  • Colors — primary, secondary, and accent colors across your site
  • Typography — font families and sizes for headings, body text, and navigation
  • Buttons — button shape, fill, and style

To access Website Styles:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over your site and select the pen icon.
  3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
  4. Select Colors, Typography, or Buttons to make changes.
  5. Click Save when done.

Note: Website Styles changes apply across your entire site. Each website has its own style settings — changes to one site do not affect your other sites.

How to switch to a different template design

If you want to switch to a different design template entirely, this requires the Luxury Presence team to evaluate what's possible given your current site structure. Template switching is not a self-serve feature and in some cases may require building a new site.

Can I switch templates without losing my existing content?

Switching templates may affect how your existing content is displayed, because each template has a different page structure and layout. The Luxury Presence team will advise you on what content can be preserved and what would need to be reconfigured before any template change is made.

Is changing the design template included in my plan?

Whether a template change is included depends on your plan and the scope of work involved. Contact your account team or support to discuss what is covered under your current plan before requesting a change.

Can I preview a different template before committing to a change?

Preview options for alternative templates are not currently available in the self-serve Website Builder. Contact our support team to ask whether a preview or mockup can be arranged before committing to a template change.

I just want to update my colors and fonts — do I need to contact support for that?

You do not need to contact support to update colors and fonts. You can make those changes yourself anytime using the Website Styles tool in the Website Builder — see the steps above.
