Can Luxury Presence add a new property listing to my website for me?

Overview

Yes — if you need help, Luxury Presence can add a property listing to your website on your behalf. That said, you can add listings directly in the Presence® Platform without waiting for support, giving you full control and getting it live immediately.

Note: If you have MLS sync enabled, most listings will import automatically from your MLS feed and won't need to be added manually.

How to add a property listing yourself

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
4. Fill in the property details — address, price, status, specs, description, features, and any documents or virtual tour links.
5. Upload your property images.
6. Click Save in the top-right corner.

Important: Clicking Save publishes the listing to your website immediately. There is no separate draft or publish step.

How to request that Luxury Presence adds a listing for you

Contact our support team and provide the full details of your listing. Have the following ready when you reach out:

• Full property address
• Listing price and status (Active, Pending, etc.)
• Property specs (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type)
• Property description
• Photos
• Any additional documents (floor plans, brochures, disclosures)

What information should I include when requesting a listing be added?

Can I edit a property listing after it's been added?

Yes. Go to Content → Properties, click on the property, make your changes, and click Save. Changes go live immediately.

Do manually added properties sync with my MLS?

No. Manually added properties are separate from MLS sync and must be updated manually. If you want a listing to update automatically, it needs to come through your MLS feed.
