Yes — if you'd rather not add a property yourself, Luxury Presence can add it to your website on your behalf. You can also add a property directly in the Presence® Platform without waiting for support, giving you full control and getting it live immediately.

Note: If you have MLS (Multiple Listing Service) sync enabled, most properties will import automatically from your MLS feed and won't need to be added manually, whether by you or by our team.

How to request that Luxury Presence add a property for you

To have Luxury Presence add a property for you, contact our support team and provide the full details of the property. Have the following ready when you reach out:

  • Full property address
  • Listing price and status (Active, Pending, etc.)
  • Property specs (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type)
  • Property description
  • Photos
  • Any additional documents (floor plans, brochures, disclosures)
