Can Luxury Presence replicate another agent's website design for me?

Why Luxury Presence doesn't copy other websites, and how to update your site's look on your own or request a paid template change.

Overview

Luxury Presence does not replicate or copy another agent's website design. If you want to update the look of your site, you have two options: make design adjustments yourself using the built-in Website Styles tools, or contact our support team to request a paid template change.

Make design changes yourself

If you want to adjust your site's colors, fonts, or button styles, you can do this on your own at any time using Website Styles — no support request needed.

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. In the white top navigation bar, click the Website Styles icon (the Paint Can icon).
  4. Select Colors or Typography and enter the values you want.
  5. Click Save.

Tip: If you know the exact hex color codes you want to use, paste them directly into the color fields.

Request a paid template change

If you want to change your site's design template — not just colors or fonts — that is available as a paid service. Your design template is selected during onboarding, and changes to it after that point will generally require an additional fee.

To request a template change:

  1. Contact our support team via live chat in the Presence® Platform, email at support@luxurypresence.com, or phone at 310-955-1077, option 2.
  2. Describe the look and feel you're going for.
  3. Our support team will confirm the scope, cost, and timeline before any work begins.

FAQs

Can Luxury Presence copy another agent's website design?

Luxury Presence does not copy or clone other agents' websites. If you're drawn to the look of another site, you're welcome to describe the aesthetic you want — such as a color palette, layout style, or typography — when submitting a paid template change request. Our team will work within your template to create your own original design.

Is changing my design template free?

Changing your design template after onboarding is generally a paid service. Simple adjustments like colors and fonts can be made on your own for free using Website Styles. Contact our support team to confirm what's included and what any changes would cost before work begins.

What if I just want to match the colors or fonts from another site?

You can do this yourself using Website Styles — no support request or additional fee required. Follow the steps in the Make design changes yourself section above.
