How to set up the Christie's CRM integration for Christie's clients.

Overview

This integration is available to Christie's clients only. Once connected, leads and lead activity from your Luxury Presence website automatically sync to the Christie's Pl@tform™ CRM.

How to connect Christie's CRM

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click CRM Integrations in the left-hand panel.
  5. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
  6. Name the integration Christies.
  7. Select Christies from the provider dropdown.
  8. Click Save.

Do I need an API key to set up this integration?

No. The Christie's integration works by pushing leads and lead activity to an SQS queue that Christie's ingests directly — no API key is required on your end.

Does this integration support lead routing?
