Luxury Presence Mobile App: How to Manage Notifications for New Listings, Status Updates, and Collaboration Activity

Stay on top of your clients’ home search by customizing how and when you receive notifications. Whether it’s listing alerts, status updates, or collaboration activity, you have control over the type and timing of notifications you receive.

Where to Manage Your Notification Settings

You can adjust your notification preferences from two main places in the platform:

1. From the For You Page

1. Tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the For You page.

2. Select Notifications.

3. From here, you’ll see three main notification categories:

• • Collaboration Activity: Includes comments, shared properties, and client interactions.
    • Recommended setting: Instant
  • Searches and Properties: These are your listing alert notifications.
    • Recommended setting: Daily if you’re receiving too many alerts.
  • Individual Collaborations: Scroll down to manage notifications on a per-collaboration basis.

2. From Within a Collaboration

1. Open the specific collaboration.

2. Tap the menu at the top labeled Collaboration Settings.

3. Choose Settings, then adjust the notification preferences for that collaboration.

This dual access ensures you can fine-tune alerts globally or at a granular level, depending on your client’s activity and your workflow.
