How to delete an agent and their subdomain

Step 1: Contact support to remove the subdomain first

Before you can delete an agent, their subdomain must be removed. Contact our support team to disconnect the subdomain:

Step 2: Delete the agent profile

Once the subdomain has been removed:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
  3. Use the search bar to find the agent, or scroll through the list.
  4. Click the three-dots icon to the right of the agent's name.
  5. Select Delete Agent from the dropdown.
  6. Click Confirm in the pop-up.

Do I need to remove the subdomain before deleting the agent?

Yes. If the agent has a subdomain connected to their profile, you must remove it first before the agent can be deleted. Contact our support team to disconnect the subdomain before proceeding.

Is this action reversible?

No. Deleting an agent profile is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm the deletion carefully before proceeding.
