Do Member roles have access to CRM Integrations in Presence®?

Why Member users can't see the CRM Integrations tab and how to get access.

Overview

CRM Integrations are only accessible to Admin or Owner roles. Users with a Member role will not see the CRM Integrations tab in the Presence® Platform.

How to get access

  1. Contact your account Admin or Owner and request a role upgrade.
  2. Once your role has been updated, log out and log back in.
  3. The CRM Integrations tab will now be accessible.
