This listings@ address is send-only — it isn't a real inbox you can log into, check, or send from yourself.

Note: This sending address is generated automatically from your website's domain — there's no setup required on your part, and it isn't a new inbox you can access or check. Your Lead Contact Form and Send Email As settings still control the sender name and reply-to address recipients see, even though the emails themselves send from the listings@ address.

When a lead replies, their message goes to the reply-to address you've configured in your Lead Contact Form or Send Email As settings, not to this sending address.

Do I need to do anything for this to take effect?

Does this affect all emails sent to my leads and clients?

This applies to automated emails Luxury Presence sends to your leads and clients on your behalf, such as Listing Alert emails.
