How to customize listing alerts

Step 1: Choose the sender

1. Open a saved search in the Presence® Platform — either when creating a new one or editing an existing one.
2. In the Sender dropdown, select yourself or a teammate.

The system automatically pulls in the correct name, headshot, and email address from the agent's CMS profile.

Step 2: Write a custom subject line

Enter a subject line that fits your voice. For example:

• Clear and direct: "New listings in Brentwood"
• Personal: "Just listed — something you'll love"
• Specific: "3 new homes in your price range this week"
