The Presence® Platform does not have a separate tags feature for blog posts. The only organizational system available is Categories — a field in the blog post editor that lets you group and filter posts by topic, agent name, market area, or any other label you choose. Categories work the same way tags do in other content management systems.

How blog post categories work

The blog post editor includes a Categories field. You can add as many category labels as you want to each post, and a single post can belong to multiple categories. This lets you surface the same post in different filtered views across your website.

Categories serve the same purpose as tags in other platforms — they group related posts together and control what appears in different blog sections of your site.

How to add categories to a blog post

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Blog Posts.
3. Click the title of the post you want to categorize, or click Add New to create a new one.
4. In the blog editor, locate the Categories field.
5. Type your category name (for example, "Buyer Tips" or "Market Updates").
6. Press Enter to save — the category tag turns black once saved. If it stays gray or blue, press Enter again.
7. Repeat to add as many categories as needed.
8. Click Publish in the top-right corner to apply your changes.

Tip: You can add multiple categories to a single post. This lets you surface the same post in different filtered views on your website.
