How to edit a saved search

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the contact whose saved search you want to update.
  4. Scroll to the Saved Searches section.
  5. Click the three-dots icon next to the saved search.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. Make your changes and click Finish.
