How to filter and sort a property element

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to navigate to the page you want to edit.
4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Click on the property element you want to configure — this opens the settings panel.
6. Scroll to the Filter & Sort section.
7. Set your preferred Sort By and Sort Direction options.
8. Click Save.

Available sort options

Sort by	What it does
Name	Sorts properties alphabetically by name
Created At	Sorts by the date the property was added to the dashboard
Sales Price	Sorts by listing price
Updated At	Sorts by the most recent update to the property
Sold Date	Sorts by the date the property was sold

FAQs

Can I filter properties by status or type as well as sorting them?

Yes. The Filter & Sort section includes filter options in addition to sort controls — for example, filtering by status (Active, Sold, etc.) or property type. The available filters depend on your MLS data and element type.

Does this apply to all property element types?

Most property elements — grids, sliders, and lists — include a Filter & Sort section. If you don't see the section, the element type may not support custom sorting.
