How buyers, sellers, and agents can request deletion of their personal data from the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

You can permanently delete your personal data from the Luxury Presence Mobile App. Deletion is irreversible — once your data is removed, it cannot be recovered and your account cannot be restored.

Buyers and sellers

1. Open the Luxury Presence Mobile App and go to your user profile.
2. Select Delete Account in your profile settings.
3. Confirm the deletion.

All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers and you will be logged out of the app.

Agents

The in-app delete option is not available for agent accounts. To request data deletion, contact our support team:
