How to delete your account and data from the mobile app

How buyers, sellers, and agents can request deletion of their personal data from the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

You can permanently delete your personal data from the Luxury Presence Mobile App. The process depends on whether you're using the app as a buyer or seller, or as a real estate agent. Deletion is irreversible — once your data is removed, it cannot be recovered and your account cannot be restored.

Buyers and sellers

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.

  1. Open the Luxury Presence Mobile App and navigate to the Profile section. If you don't see a Profile tab, check the bottom navigation menu or look for an icon in the top corner of the screen.
  2. Look for the Delete Account option (it may be worded slightly differently).
  3. A confirmation popup will appear. Once you confirm, your account and data will be permanently and irreversibly removed.

Agents

Agent accounts cannot be deleted directly within the mobile app. Because these accounts are provisioned by your brokerage or by Luxury Presence, removing an agent account or its data requires an administrative process rather than in-app self-service deletion.
