Overview

The contacts list in the Luxury Presence Mobile App displays all your leads, clients, and prospects as cards showing their photo or initials, name, status, tags, and recent activity. You can search by name, email, or phone number and open any contact with a single tap.

Important: The Luxury Presence Mobile App is available on Brand, Scale, and Signature plans.

What appears on each contact card

Each contact displays as a card showing:

• Avatar — contact photo or initials with a colored background
• Full name
• Last activity time — how recently they were active (e.g., "3d", "1mo")
• Status badge — contact type (Lead, Client, Agent, or Other)
• Tag badges — up to 2 visible tags, with a +N counter for additional tags (e.g., "+2" means 2 more tags not shown)
• Activity subtext — their most recent action, such as "Updated listing search" or "New inquiry"

The list loads 25 contacts at a time and automatically loads more as you scroll.

How to search for a contact

Tap the search bar at the top of the contacts list and type the contact's name, email address, or phone number. Results update in real time as you type. Tap X to clear your search.

Search is case-insensitive and searches across first names, last names, email addresses, and phone numbers simultaneously.

The "New" section

When sorting by Relevance or Last Activity, a New section appears at the top of your contacts list showing contacts you haven't viewed yet. Each unviewed contact shows a New badge.

Once you open a contact profile and view their details, the badge disappears and they move out of the New section. The New section does not appear with other sort options.

How to open a contact profile

Tap anywhere on a contact card to open their full profile — including contact information, activity timeline, AI conversations, notes, saved searches, and collaboration details.

Pull down on the contacts list to manually refresh and load the latest data. The list also updates automatically in real time.

Up to two tags display on each card. If a contact has more, a +N counter shows how many additional tags exist. Open the contact profile to see all tags.

The bottom navigation bar has five tabs:

• For you — personalized dashboard
• Search — property search
• Contacts — your contacts list
• Collaboration — team collaboration features
• More — settings and additional options

The active tab is highlighted. Tap any tab to navigate to that section.

Using the app offline

When you lose your internet connection, you can still view previously loaded contacts, search through cached contacts, and use filters and sorting on cached data. Changes made while offline are queued and sync automatically when you reconnect. A message appears if you try to pull-to-refresh while offline.

Tap any push notification about a contact to jump directly to their profile without navigating through the contacts list.
