Overview

The contact profile in the Luxury Presence Mobile App centralizes all information and activity for a contact — contact details, property engagement, AI conversations, notes, saved searches, and collaboration details. The profile is organized into six tabs you can swipe between.

Important: The Luxury Presence Mobile App is available on Brand, Scale, and Signature plans.

Profile header

The profile header stays visible at the top when you switch between tabs. It shows:

• Avatar — contact photo or initials with a colored background
• Full name
• Status and tags — contact type and top tags (e.g., Lead · Buyer · Seller)
• Quick action buttons — appear only when the relevant information exists:
  • Call — dial the contact's phone number
  • Text — open SMS
  • Email — compose an email

Note: If your organization has in-app calling enabled, the Call button may place the call using Twilio instead of your phone dialer. Contact our support team for more information about enabling in-app calling.

How to update a contact's photo

Tap the avatar in the profile header, select Take Photo or Choose from Library, grant permissions if prompted, and capture or select a photo. The photo updates immediately.

How to navigate back to the contacts list

Three options:

• Tap the back arrow (<) in the top-left corner
• Swipe from the left edge of the screen (iOS)
• Press the back button on your Android device

The contacts list remembers your scroll position, active filters, search query, and sort preference when you return.

Contact actions menu

Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner for additional actions.

For active contacts:

• Edit contact — open the full edit screen
• Assign to agent — assign to team members
• Update type — change contact status type (if enabled for your organization)
• Manage tags — add or remove tags
• Export to Address Book — save to your phone's contacts (disabled if the contact has no email or phone number)
• Archive contact — move to archived view
• Mark as spam — flag as spam (if spam feature is enabled)

For archived contacts:

• Unarchive contact — restore to active list

For spam contacts:

• Unmark as spam — remove spam flag

Destructive actions (Archive, Mark as Spam) show confirmation dialogs explaining what will happen before you confirm.

How to export a contact to your phone's address book

1. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select Export to Address Book.
3. Grant contacts permission if prompted (first time only).

The contact is saved to your device with their name, email, phone, and photo. A confirmation message appears when the export is complete.

Note: Export to Address Book is disabled if the contact has neither an email address nor a phone number.

Real-time updates and offline behavior

Online: Contact information updates in real time. Changes you make appear immediately, the activity feed updates as contacts engage with properties, and changes from other team members sync when you return to the profile.

Offline: You can view cached contact information, previously loaded activities, and notes. You can create notes while offline — they sync automatically when you reconnect. Editing contact information while offline will show an offline indicator.

Tap any push notification about a contact to open directly to their profile without navigating through the contacts list.

What's the difference between the Activity tab and the Details tab?

The Activity tab shows what the contact has done — property views, searches, inquiries, and other interactions with your website. The Details tab shows who the contact is — their name, email, phone, tags, and background information.

Can I edit contact information directly from the profile?

Yes. Tap any editable field in the Details tab to update it. Changes save automatically and sync across the Presence® Platform immediately.

What happens to my filters and scroll position when I return to the contacts list?

The contacts list remembers your scroll position, active filters, search query, and sort preference when you navigate back from a contact profile.

Can I use the contact profile while offline?

Yes — you can view cached information and create notes while offline. Notes sync automatically when you reconnect. Editing contact fields requires an internet connection.
