How to view, manage, and end AI Lead Nurture conversations from a contact profile in the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

The Messages tab displays AI Lead Nurture conversations between the AI Specialist and your contacts. You can view conversation summaries, read the full message history, send properties, create saved searches, and end AI conversations when you're ready to take over.

Note: If AI Lead Nurture is not enabled for a contact, the Messages tab will show a message explaining that no conversation exists yet.

AI Lead Nurture status labels

At the top of the Messages tab, you'll see the current conversation status. Tap the status label to see a tooltip explaining what it means.

OutreachThe AI Specialist is actively sending messages to learn about the contact's needs
RespondedThe contact has engaged and is responding to AI messages
ConcludedThe conversation ended naturally — the contact is ready for you to take over
Ended by youYou manually stopped the AI conversation
UnsubscribedThe contact opted out of AI messages

AI Summary

If the AI has gathered information from conversations with the contact, an AI Summary appears at the top of the Messages tab. This gives you a quick overview of what the contact is looking for without reading every message.

The summary may include beds, baths, price range, location preferences, property type, timeframe, and financing status.

How to view the full conversation

The Messages tab shows the last 4 messages by default. To read the complete history:

  1. Tap Open chat at the bottom of the Messages tab.
  2. Scroll through all messages in chronological order — oldest to newest.

Contact messages appear on one side, AI Specialist messages on the other, with timestamps and avatars.

How to send a property to a contact

  1. Open the contact profile and tap the Messages tab.
  2. Tap Send a property.
  3. Select the property and follow the prompts.

Note: The Send a property button only appears when AI Lead Nurture is active for the contact. It does not appear if the status is Concluded, Ended by you, or Unsubscribed.

How to create a saved search from the Messages tab

  1. Open the contact profile and tap the Messages tab.
  2. Tap Set up a search.
  3. The system validates that the contact has an email or phone number — if neither is on file, you'll be prompted to add one first.
  4. Define the search criteria and save.

Note: The Set up a search button only appears when AI Lead Nurture is active. You can also create saved searches from the Searches tab at any time. See [How to create notes and saved searches for a contact in the Luxury Presence Mobile App].

How to end AI Lead Nurture for a contact

When you're ready to take over communication with a contact:

  1. Open the contact profile and tap the Messages tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Mute AI Specialist.
  3. Read the confirmation dialog.
  4. Tap Confirm.

The AI Specialist immediately stops sending messages and the status changes to Ended by you.

Important: This action cannot be undone. The only way to restart AI Lead Nurture after muting is if the contact re-engages by submitting a new inquiry or form on your website.

Note: On the desktop platform, this button is labeled End AI Chat — the action is the same.

How to send a manual message

You can send a message directly in the AI conversation thread, but doing so permanently ends the AI nurture flow.

Read before sending: When you send a manual message in the AI thread, the contact will assume they are still talking to the AI Specialist unless you explicitly introduce yourself. The AI will not send any further messages to this contact after you send.

  1. Tap Open chat at the bottom of the Messages tab.
  2. Tap the Send a message… field at the bottom.
  3. Type your message and tap the send button.

FAQs

Can I restart AI Lead Nurture after ending it?

Not directly. Once you tap Mute AI Specialist or send a manual message, AI Lead Nurture can only restart if the contact re-engages by submitting a new inquiry or form on your website.

What's the difference between "Mute AI Specialist" on mobile and "End AI Chat" on desktop?

These are the same action on different platforms — both permanently stop the AI from sending further messages to the contact and change the status to "Ended by you."

Why don't I see the "Send a property" or "Set up a search" buttons?

These buttons only appear when AI Lead Nurture is active for the contact. If the status is Concluded, Ended by you, or Unsubscribed, these options won't be available. You can still create saved searches from the Searches tab at any time.

What happens if I send a manual message?

Sending a manual message permanently ends the AI nurture flow — the AI will not send any further messages to this contact. The contact will also assume they're still talking to the AI Specialist unless you introduce yourself. This cannot be undone.

What if AI Lead Nurture is not active for a contact?

The Messages tab will display a message explaining that no conversation exists yet. The tab remains empty until the contact engages in a way that triggers AI Lead Nurture.
