Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) listings sync in under 20 minutes following their migration to a new API.

Note: NY State MLS and CREA follow the same sync schedule — approximately 20 minutes if data is available from the feed.

FAQs

How long does it take for a new listing to appear on my website after it's added to the MLS?

Approximately 15–20 minutes in most cases. If a listing hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check that the listing status is one that syncs automatically (Active, Pending, etc.) and contact our support team if needed.

Why might my listing take longer than 20 minutes to appear?

Sync times depend on data availability from your MLS feed. Some feeds update less frequently or batch their data — the 15–20 minute average reflects P95 latency when data is available from the feed.

Does this apply to sold listings too?
