How quickly do neighborhood page edits appear on my website?

Most edits publish quickly after you click Save; some elements refresh on their own data schedules.

Overview

Edits to neighborhood pages in the Presence® Platform typically go live shortly after you click Save — but a brief cache delay is common and normal. Some elements on neighborhood pages also pull from live data sources (like MLS or third-party providers) that refresh on their own schedules, which can cause those sections to update at different times.

Publishing timelines by content type

Manual content edits

Changes you make directly in the neighborhood editor — such as updating the neighborhood description, adding images, editing headings, or adjusting layout — go live shortly after you click Save. If you don't see your changes on the live site right away, a brief cache delay is the most common cause. See the troubleshooting section below if changes aren't appearing.

Property listings

The properties that appear on a neighborhood page are typically pulled from MLS data or from a configured query. These do not update in real time — they refresh based on the MLS data sync schedule. If you recently edited a property or added a new listing, it may take some time before the change is reflected on the neighborhood page.

Important: The number of properties displayed and the search filters applied to a neighborhood page are configured by Luxury Presence. If you need to adjust how many properties appear or filter them by a specific neighborhood, contact our support team to request changes:

Third-party data

Some neighborhood page elements use data from third-party providers such as ATTOM or Local Logic. These data sources update on their own schedules — typically daily, weekly, or monthly — and are not controlled directly by Luxury Presence. If neighborhood statistics or demographic information appears outdated, it will update automatically when the data provider refreshes their feed.

How to edit neighborhood page content

Most neighborhood content — including the neighborhood name, description, photos, and location — is managed in the CMS, not the Website Builder.

Editing neighborhood content (description, photos, location, and text)

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Neighborhoods.
3. Use the search bar to find a specific neighborhood, or click the neighborhood from the list.
4. Make your changes and click Save.

Editing neighborhood page elements (adding or removing sections)

To add, remove, or rearrange elements on the neighborhood page template itself — such as adding a new section or removing a widget — use the Website Builder:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to navigate to the page you want to edit.
4. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
5. Make your changes to the neighborhood page template.
6. Click Save.

Note: In step 3, select Neighborhood Details from the page dropdown — this is the global template shared by every neighborhood page. What to do if changes aren't appearing

• Hard refresh your browser — Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to clear your cache and reload the page
• Check in an incognito window — This bypasses browser caching and shows you the live version of the page
• Wait a few minutes — A brief cache delay is normal and usually resolves within 5 minutes

MLS data syncs on a scheduled basis that varies by MLS feed. In most cases, property data is refreshed multiple times per day, but the exact timing depends on your regional MLS. If a specific listing is missing or incorrect, contact our support team and they can investigate the sync status:
