Presence® includes a built-in integration with Unsplash, giving you access to free stock photos you can use anywhere on your website — no separate account needed.

How to access and add stock photos

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Media Gallery from the menu.
4. Click the Stock Images tab.
5. Use the search bar to find images by theme — for example, "Kitchen," "Porch," or "Sunsets."
6. Click an image to select it — a checkmark appears in the top-left corner.
7. Click Assign Selected at the bottom of the Media Gallery.
8. Click X in the top-right corner to return to the page you were editing.
9. Click Save in the top-right corner to publish your changes.

Can I use images from a Google image search?

No. Images from Google search results are often copyrighted. Using them without permission can result in intellectual property complaints and legal penalties. Use images from licensed stock photo sources, or photos you've personally taken or commissioned.

Is Unsplash free to use?

Yes. Unsplash images are free to use on your website — no attribution required in most cases, though it's good practice. All images accessible through the Presence® Media Gallery are licensed for use.
