Overview

ListTrac is a third-party analytics tool — not a Luxury Presence product. It measures how your listings are performing across online platforms. If you're unsure whether ListTrac is part of your MLS or brokerage setup, check with your MLS or brokerage directly before adding it.

The ListTrac element is invisible on the page, requires no configuration, and works automatically once added to your Property Detail pages.

Note: The ListTrac element only works on Property Detail pages. It will not function on other page types such as blog pages or neighborhood pages.

How to add the ListTrac element

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the Property Details page.
4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Hover between elements and click the + icon to open the element library.
6. Search for "ListTrac" and select the ListTrac element.
7. Place it anywhere on the page — it won't be visible to visitors.
8. Click Save.

ListTrac will start tracking property views automatically.
