Overview

Not all MLS boards support syndicating Coming Soon listings to third-party websites. Some MLS feeds only sync Active listings — if your listing is marked Coming Soon in the MLS and isn't appearing on your site, this is likely due to MLS restrictions or feed limitations rather than a platform issue.

The solution is to add the property manually in Presence® and build the property website from there.
