How to connect your Instagram account and add an Instagram feed element to your website.

Overview

Displaying your Instagram feed on your website is a two-step process: connect your Instagram account in your account settings, then add an Instagram element to the relevant page in the Website Builder.

Step 1: Connect your Instagram account

Before adding a feed element, connect your Instagram account to Presence®. See [How to connect an Instagram account in Presence®] for instructions.

Step 2: Add the Instagram feed element

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page where you want to display the feed.
4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Hover between existing elements and click the + icon where you want the feed to appear.
6. Search for "Instagram" in the element library and select your preferred Instagram element.
7. In the left-hand settings panel, scroll to the Agent Instagram field and select which agent's feed to display.
8. To display a team or company Instagram feed instead, check Show company Instagram feed if no Agent feed is connected.
9. Click Save in the top-right corner.

Troubleshooting

Feed not appearing or not updating:

• Confirm your Instagram account is connected in your Presence® account settings
• Instagram tokens renew automatically every 60 days — if your feed stopped updating, this may indicate a temporary token issue
• If the feed remains disconnected after confirming your connection, contact our support team:

FAQs

Why are some of my Instagram posts not showing on my website?

Some posts may not appear due to Instagram API restrictions. Posts containing copyrighted content or posts where other users are tagged may be excluded. These limitations are enforced by Instagram's policies and are outside Luxury Presence's control.

Can I display a company feed instead of an individual agent's feed?

Yes. In the element settings, check Show company Instagram feed if no Agent feed is connected to display your team or company feed instead of an individual agent's feed.

How often does the Instagram feed update?

The feed updates automatically. Instagram tokens that power the connection renew every 60 days — if the feed stops updating unexpectedly, check that your Instagram account is still connected in your account settings.
