How to display your Instagram feed on your website

How to connect your Instagram account and add an Instagram feed element to your website.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Displaying your Instagram feed on your website is a two-step process: connect an Instagram account, then add an Instagram element to the relevant page in the Website Builder.

Step 1: Connect an Instagram account

Before adding a feed element, connect Instagram for whichever feed you want to display:

To display an individual agent's feed — connect it through that agent's profile. See How to connect an agent's Instagram account.
To display a company or team feed instead — connect it in your account settings. See How to connect your Instagram account.

Step 2: Add the Instagram feed element

To add the Instagram feed element to a page:

Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page where you want to display the feed.
Click Edit in the top-right corner.
Hover between existing elements and click the + icon where you want the feed to appear.
Search for "Instagram" in the element library and select your preferred Instagram element.
In the left-hand settings panel, scroll to the Agent Instagram field and select which agent's feed to display. Uncheck Show company Instagram feed if no Agent feed is connected.
To display a team or company Instagram feed instead, check Show company Instagram feed if no Agent feed is connected.
Click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, the connected Instagram feed appears on your live website immediately.

Troubleshooting

Feed not appearing or not updating:

Confirm the relevant Instagram account (agent or company) is connected.
Instagram tokens renew automatically every 60 days — if your feed stopped updating, this may indicate a temporary token issue.
If the feed remains disconnected after confirming your connection, contact our support team.

FAQs

Why are some of my Instagram posts not showing on my website?

Some posts may not appear due to Instagram API restrictions. Posts containing copyrighted content or posts where other users are tagged may be excluded. These limitations are enforced by Instagram's policies and are outside Luxury Presence's control.

Can I display a company feed instead of an individual agent's feed?

Yes. In the element settings, check Show company Instagram feed if no Agent feed is connected to display your team or company feed instead of an individual agent's feed.

How often does the Instagram feed update?

The feed updates automatically. Instagram tokens that power the connection renew every 60 days — if the feed stops updating unexpectedly, check that the relevant Instagram account is still connected.

Can I add or manage the Instagram feed element from the mobile app?

No, adding or managing the Instagram feed element is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

How do I contact Luxury Presence support about the Instagram feed?

You can reach our support team through live chat via the Presence® Platform (fastest), by emailing support@luxurypresence.com for general questions or billing@luxurypresence.com for billing questions, or by calling 310-955-1077 and selecting option 2, available Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT.
