How to connect an individual agent's Instagram account to display their feed on your website.

Overview

You can connect an individual agent's Instagram account through their profile in the Presence® Platform. Once connected, the agent's feed can be displayed on their profile page or other pages on your website using an Instagram element.

How to connect an agent's Instagram account in Presence®

Step 1: Open the agent's profile

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
  3. Use the search bar to find the agent, or click their name from the list.

Step 2: Connect the Instagram account

  1. Scroll to the Social media connections section.
  2. Click Connect next to Connect Your Instagram Account.
  3. In the pop-up window, sign in to the agent's Instagram account and authorize the connection.

Once connected, the agent's feed will automatically sync and be available to display on their profile or other pages on your website.

FAQs

Can I connect Instagram accounts for multiple agents?

Yes. Each agent has their own Social media connections section in their profile. You can connect a separate Instagram account for each agent independently.

Why are some Instagram posts not showing on my website?

Some posts may not appear due to Instagram API restrictions. Posts containing copyrighted content or posts where other users are tagged may be excluded. These limitations are enforced by Instagram's policies and are outside Luxury Presence's control.

What if the connection isn't working?

Confirm the Instagram account is active and that you completed the authorization step in the pop-up window. If the issue persists, contact our support team:
