How do property videos display in the mobile app?

How listing videos appear in the Luxury Presence Mobile App and what's required for them to show.

Overview

When a listing includes a video, it displays automatically within the image carousel on the listing detail page in the Luxury Presence Mobile App — giving buyers a more immersive view of the property without leaving the app.

Note: The video must be added to the property's Property Video field in the CMS for it to appear in the app — either by uploading a file directly or by pasting a YouTube or Vimeo link into that field.

FAQs

Do I need to do anything to enable videos in the app?

No additional setup is needed. If a listing has a video in its Property Video field in Content → Properties — whether uploaded directly or linked from YouTube or Vimeo — it will automatically appear in the image carousel on that listing's detail page in the app.

How do I add a video to a property listing?

Upload the video file or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link into the property's Property Video field in the CMS. See How to upload videos to property listings for file size limits and specifications.

Can buyers watch videos without leaving the app?

Yes. Videos play directly within the listing detail page inside the app — buyers don't need to navigate to an external site or video platform.

Does the carousel show anything besides the Property Video field?

No. The image carousel only displays the video added through the property's Property Video field. Virtual tour links and any videos added through other fields or methods won't appear in the carousel.
