How to access filter settings

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Home Search Settings.
5. Click Edit Filter Settings.

How to show or hide filters

Use the toggles to turn any filter on or off. Changes apply to all home search experiences — your website, apps, and preview modes.

For example, turning off the Lot Size filter removes it everywhere. This applies to standard filters and custom filters such as Architectural Style.

To view the available values for any filter, click the map icon next to it.

Apply changes to all sites or customize per site

By default, changes made here apply to all websites and apps under your account.

To customize filters for a specific site:

1. Open the dropdown menu at the top of the filter settings page.
2. Select the specific website you want to adjust.
3. Make your changes — these will override the account-level settings for that site only.

Do filter changes apply to both my website and the mobile app?

Yes. Account-level filter settings apply across all websites and apps. If you need different filters on a specific site, use the site-level dropdown to override the account settings for that site only.

Can I hide custom filters like Architectural Style?

Yes. Custom filters are managed with the same toggles as standard filters.

How do I see what values are available for a specific filter?

Click the map icon next to any filter in the settings panel to view its available values.
