How to add a new contact manually or import contacts in bulk into Presence® CRM.

Overview

You can add contacts to Presence® CRM in two ways: manually, one at a time, directly in the Presence® Platform, or in bulk via CSV import. Manual entry is available at any time through the Contacts section. For large list migrations, the Luxury Presence support team can handle a bulk CSV import on your behalf.

How to manually add a contact

To add a contact one at a time, follow these steps directly in the Presence® Platform.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. Click Add Contact in the top-right corner.
4. Enter the contact's details.
5. Select the contact type:
   • Lead
   • Active Client
   • Past Client
   • Agent
   • Sphere
   • Vendor
   • Other
6. Click Add Contact to save.

How to import contacts in bulk

If you need to add a large number of contacts at once — such as migrating a list from another CRM — the Luxury Presence support team can complete a bulk CSV import on your behalf. There is no import cap; you can upload as many contacts as you need.

Note: Each Presence® plan includes a set number of contacts that receive full AI-powered features (Lead Score, Smart Tasks, Enrichment, Listing Alerts): Launch includes 1,000, Brand includes 3,000, Scale includes 10,000, and All In includes 50,000. Contacts beyond your plan's allocation are still stored in your CRM but may not receive AI features.

How do I add a contact to Presence® CRM?
