Overview

Each Presence® plan includes a set number of contacts that receive full AI-powered CRM features. You can store more contacts than your plan's allocation, but contacts beyond the limit may not receive AI features such as Lead Score, Smart Tasks, Enrichment, and Listing Alerts.

Note: There is no import cap — you can import as many contacts as you need. Contacts beyond your plan's allocation will still be stored and accessible in Presence® CRM, but may not receive full AI-powered features.

How to add contacts to Presence® CRM

You can add contacts to Presence® CRM in two ways:

• Manually — Add contacts one at a time directly in the Presence® Platform. Navigate to Contacts in the left-hand menu, click Add Contact, fill in the contact's details, select a contact type, and click Add Contact to save.

How many contacts does my plan include?

Each plan includes a set number of contacts with full AI features: Launch includes 1,000 contacts, Brand includes 3,000, Scale includes 10,000, and All In includes 50,000.

What happens if I have more contacts than my plan allows?

Contacts beyond your plan's allocation are still stored and accessible in Presence® CRM. However, they may not receive AI-powered features such as Lead Score, Smart Tasks, Enrichment, and Listing Alerts. Contact our support team to discuss upgrading your plan if you need a higher allocation.

Is there a limit on how many contacts I can import?

There is no import cap — you can import your full database regardless of your plan. Your plan allocation determines which contacts receive AI-powered features, not how many you can upload.

How do I add contacts to Presence® CRM?

You can add contacts manually one at a time or in bulk via CSV import. To add a contact manually, navigate to Contacts in the Presence® Platform, click Add Contact, fill in the details, select a contact type, and click Add Contact to save.
