How to see full property information without leaving the Presence® Platform.

Overview

You can view complete property details — photos, virtual tour data, and listing information — directly within a lead's profile in the Presence® Platform. No need to navigate to a separate page or tab.

How to view property details

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform and open a lead's profile.
  2. In the lead's profile, find the property information section and click on any property listed.
  3. The property details open in a modal window within the dashboard.
  4. From the modal, you can:
    • View all property photos
    • Review virtual tour data
    • Scroll through all listing details

Does this work for all properties?

Yes. Full property details are viewable in the modal for all properties and leads within your Presence® Platform.

Where do I find which properties a lead has been viewing?
