How to grant the Luxury Presence team manager access to your Namecheap domain for setup and support.

Overview

Sharing access to your Namecheap account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

1. Go to namecheap.com and click Sign in in the top-left corner.
2. Select Domain List from the left sidebar.
3. Click Manage next to the domain you want to share access for.
4. Click Sharing and Transfer.
5. Under Share Access, enter domainaccess@luxurypresence.com and click Add.
6. Select Give Manager Full Access.
7. Enter your password to confirm and click Confirm.
8. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.

Use domainaccess@luxurypresence.com — this is the same email used for Wix, Squarespace, and DomainPricedRight access.
