Overview

Sharing access to your Network Solutions account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

  1. Log in to your account at networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
  2. Click your username in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Accounts and Users.
  4. Select the account you want to share access for and click Manage.
  5. Scroll to the User Roles & Permissions section and click + Add User.
  6. In the new user modal, enter:
  7. Select the Tech role.
  8. Click Invite.
  9. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.
