How to share access to your Squarespace account with Luxury Presence

How to grant the Luxury Presence team domain manager access to your Squarespace account for domain setup and support.

Overview

Sharing access to your Squarespace account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

  1. Open your Domains dashboard in Squarespace.
  2. Click the domain you want to share access for.
  3. Click Permissions.
  4. Click Invite domain manager and enter the following:
  5. Click Invite to send the invitation.
  6. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.

If you don't see the "Invite domain manager" option

Some Squarespace domains share permission settings with the website they're associated with — in this case, domain-specific permissions aren't available. To grant access, add Luxury Presence as an Administrator instead, using the same email: domainaccess@luxurypresence.com.

If the invitation email isn't being received

Send a manual invite link instead:

  1. Open your Domains dashboard.
  2. Click the domain.
  3. Click Permissions.
  4. Click the … next to the contributor's name in the Invites sent section.
  5. Select Copy invite link.
  6. Share the link with our support team directly.
