How to link directly to a property page using its MLS ID

How to access any property detail page using a standardized URL format.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

The Property Details Redirect feature lets you access any property detail page on your website using a predictable, standardized URL format — making it easier to share, reference, and link to specific listings.

The standardized URL format

To access a property detail page using the redirect, use this format:

/properties/id-[MLS ID]

Example: If the MLS ID is 1234567, the URL is:

/properties/id-1234567

The redirect takes you directly to the property's detail page — even if the page's displayed URL has a different structure.

Note: This redirect doesn't change the original Property Details URL. It provides an additional, standardized way to reach it.

How to find a property's MLS ID

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
  3. Search for the property you want to link to.
  4. Locate and copy the MLS ID listed for that property.

Does this change the property's original URL?

No. The redirect is an additional access path — it doesn't modify the property's existing URL structure.

Can I use this format to link to properties in emails or marketing materials?

Where do I find the MLS ID if it's not visible in the Properties list?
