How to add your email signature

To add or update your email signature, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Connected Accounts from the left-hand menu.
5. Scroll down to the Email signature section.
6. Click the HTML tab and paste your HTML signature into the text field.
7. Click Preview to see how your signature will appear before saving.
8. Click Save signature.

Your signature will now automatically appear at the bottom of emails sent from the AI CRM.

Note: Your email signature must be written in HTML. If you don't have an HTML signature, you can use a free tool like HubSpot's Email Signature Generator or Canva to create one and export the HTML code.
