How to add and manage Market Reports on your Luxury Presence website

How to upload, reorder, and remove Market Reports on your website using the Website Builder.

Overview

You can add and manage Market Reports directly on your Luxury Presence website using the Website Builder. Each Market Report is added as a Media Block element with a downloadable PDF link. If you don't yet have a Market Reports page on your website, or prefer to have the support team handle updates, contact us and we'll take care of it.

How to add a new Market Report

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner to enter edit mode.
  4. In the top-left corner, use the Page dropdown to select your Market Reports page.
  5. Click the Media Blocks element on the page where your current Market Reports appear. The left-hand settings panel will open.
  6. In the left-hand panel, scroll down to the Media Block section. You'll see your currently uploaded reports listed here.
  7. Click the + icon to add a new report.
  8. Enter a title for the report and upload a thumbnail image. Leave the item description blank.
  9. At the bottom of the new item, locate the Item button — it will show as either Button is not visible or Button is visible but no action. Hover over it and click the I icon, then click the pen icon.
  10. Under Button Menu Action, select Link.
  11. In the Button Text field, enter what you want the button to say — for example, Download PDF.
  12. In the Link field, paste the URL for your PDF. This must be a hosted URL — see [How to generate a shareable link for a PDF file in Presence®] for instructions on how to get one.
  13. Click Back to return to the panel, then click Save in the top-right corner.

How to Reorder Market Reports

In the left-hand panel under the Media Block section, click and hold the six-dots icon on the report you want to move, drag it to the desired position, and release. Click Save in the top-right corner when done.

How to Remove a Market Report

In the left-hand panel under the Media Block section, click the trash can icon on the report you want to remove. Click Save in the top-right corner when done.

What format does my PDF link need to be in?

The link must be a hosted URL — not a file uploaded directly from your computer. See [How to give a PDF a URL] for instructions on how to get a shareable PDF link.

Why can't I see the button option on my Media Block item?

The button may be set to not visible by default. Hover over the Item button at the bottom of the new entry, click the I icon, then the pen icon to access the button settings and configure it.
