Overview

You can add vendors — lenders, property managers, tenant portals, and more — directly to a collaboration to keep key resources accessible for your clients in one place. Vendors are added and managed through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Note: Adding vendors to a collaboration is only available in the Luxury Presence Mobile App — this feature is not available on the Presence® Platform.

How to add a vendor in the Luxury Presence Mobile App

1. Open the collaboration in the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Vendor Partners — a list of any previously added vendors will appear.
4. Tap Add Vendor at the bottom of the list.
5. Enter the vendor details:
   • Name
   • Description
   • Category
   • Contact information
   • Website (optional)

How to link to external websites

The vendor feature is a useful way to share external links with clients. For example, add a vendor named "Tenant Portal," enter the URL in the Website field, and select the globe icon to launch the site directly from the collaboration.

Can I add multiple vendors to the same collaboration?

Yes, you can add multiple vendors to the same collaboration. Tap the + button and select Vendor Partners each time you want to add a new one.

Can clients see the vendors I've added?

Yes. Clients can see vendors that have been shared within the collaboration.
