How to hide or remove a page from your Presence® website

How to hide a page from visitors without deleting it, or remove it entirely.

Option 1: Hide the page from navigation (page stays accessible via direct URL)

Remove the page from all menus, buttons, and links across your site. Visitors won't be able to find the page through navigation, but anyone with the direct URL can still access it.

Option 2: Delete the page (removes access entirely)

If you want to prevent access via direct URL as well, delete the page from the Website Builder.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page you want to delete.
4. Click the three-dots icon next to the page name and select Delete Page.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Note: Deleting a page is permanent. If visitors had the direct URL bookmarked or saved, they will see a 404 error. Consider setting up a redirect first. See [How to create page redirects in Presence®].

Option 3: Password protect the page
