How to edit, customize, and fix a stuck Stats Highlight element on your website.

Overview

The Stats Highlight element lets you display key numbers — such as years of experience, homes sold, or total sales volume — on your website. This article covers how to update existing stats, add or rename stat items, and fix a stat that won't update. How to update stats

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to navigate to the page with your Stats Highlight element.
4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
5. Click the Stats Highlight element to open its settings.
6. Update the Label and Value fields for each stat.
7. Click Save.

How to add a new stat or rename an existing one

Follow the same steps above. Click the specific stat item you want to change, update the Value or Label field, and click Save.

What to do if a stat won't update

If a stat appears stuck after editing:

1. Delete the affected Stats Highlight element from the page.
2. Add a new Stats Highlight element in its place.
3. Re-enter your stats in the new element.
4. Click Save.

This resolves issues caused by unresponsive element instances.
