How to re-enable a property that has been toggled off

Learn how to turn MLS Sync back on for a property that has been toggled off in your Properties list.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

If a property in your Properties list shows its MLS Sync status as "Off," you can turn the sync back on yourself directly from the Properties list — you don't need to contact our support team to have it restored.

Important: Turning MLS Sync back on will permanently revert any manual edits made to that property and restore its Multiple Listing Service (MLS) default values. Any fields connected to the sync will become read-only once syncing resumes.

How to re-enable a property

To turn MLS Sync back on for a property that has been toggled off, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property you want to re-sync, or locate it from the list.
4. Check the box next to the property.
5. At the bottom of the page, click Sync.
6. In the confirmation window, review the warning that syncing will revert manual edits to MLS default values, then click Yes, Sync Property to confirm.

Once confirmed, the property's MLS Sync status updates to "On" and the property syncs with your Multiple Listing Service (MLS) again.
