How to save and edit searches within a collaboration

Create, edit, and delete saved searches within a collaboration — on the Presence® Platform and Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Saved searches keep clients aligned with the latest listings that match their criteria. You can create, edit, and delete saved searches directly from within a collaboration on both the Presence® Platform and the Luxury Presence Mobile App. This feature is available on all plans for users with an Admin or Member role.

How to save a search on the Presence® Platform

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Collaborations from the left-hand menu.
3. Open the collaboration you want to add a search to.
4. Click the + button at the bottom of the screen, then select Search.
5. Set up your search parameters and click Save.
6. A pop-up will appear to send the search to the client. From here you can:
   • Edit the default search name ("Home Search from [Location]") to something more descriptive
   • Write an optional message to send to the client
   • Toggle email alerts on or off. If toggled off with no message entered, nothing is sent to the client
   • If email alerts are on, select the alert frequency: Instant, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
   • Select the person you want to send the email as
   • Edit the default email subject line if needed
7. Click Save and Send.

How to edit a saved search on the Presence® Platform

1. Open the collaboration and hover over the saved search, then click on it.
2. Make any changes to the filters or location.
3. Click Save Changes.

How to delete a saved search on the Presence® Platform

1. From the collaboration page, hover over the saved search and click the three-dot icon.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Delete again on the confirmation pop-up to confirm.

How to save a search in the Luxury Presence Mobile App

1. Open the collaboration in the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Save Search.
4. Set up your search parameters and tap Save.

The search will automatically appear in the client's collaboration.

How to edit a saved search in the Luxury Presence Mobile App

1. Open the collaboration and tap the saved search.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
3. Adjust filters, location, or other criteria as needed.
4. Tap Save in the top-right corner.

How to delete a saved search in the Luxury Presence Mobile App

At the bottom of the Edit Search screen, tap Delete Search.

FAQs

Where do saved searches appear for the client?

Saved searches appear in the Searches tab within the collaboration. Clients receive notifications based on their notification settings when new matching listings are found.

Can I save the same search for multiple clients?

You will need to save the search separately for each collaboration. Each saved search is tied to a specific collaboration and its associated client.

Can I change the email alert frequency after a search has been saved?

To update alert settings, edit the saved search from within the collaboration and adjust the frequency when prompted.
