How to share a presentation with a client

How to generate and copy a link to your presentation to share with clients.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

You can share any presentation with a client as a live, interactive link directly from the Presentations page or from within the editor. A unique link is generated automatically as soon as you create the presentation — there's no separate step to generate it. The same pop-up also lets you download the presentation as a PDF; see How to download a presentation as a PDF for those steps.

How to share a presentation link

From the Presentations page:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Presentations.
  3. Hover over the presentation you want to share and click the Share Presentation icon (arrow icon).
  4. In the Share with people pop-up, next to Presentation link, click Copy link.
  5. Paste the link into an email, text message, or anywhere else you'd like to send it to your client.

From inside the editor:

  1. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the editor.
  2. In the Share with people pop-up, next to Presentation link, click Copy link.
  3. Paste the link into an email, text message, or anywhere else you'd like to send it to your client.

Tip: Click Preview next to the Presentation link to see exactly what your client will view before sharing it.

How long the link stays active

  • Presentation links don't expire — they stay active for as long as the presentation exists in your account.
  • Reopening the Share pop-up later always returns the same link; there's no separate "regenerate" button.
  • Duplicating a presentation creates a new, unique link for the copy — it does not share the same link as the original.
  • To revoke a client's access, delete the presentation. This permanently breaks the link.

Does the presentation link expire?

No. Presentation links don't expire — they remain active for as long as the presentation exists in your account.

Can I revoke a client's access to a shared presentation?

Yes, by deleting the presentation. There's no separate "revoke" option — deleting the presentation is what breaks the link.

What happens to the link if I duplicate a presentation?

Duplicating a presentation generates a new, unique link for the copy. It does not reuse the original presentation's link.

Can I download the presentation instead of sharing a link?
