You can share properties with clients from a contact's profile or directly within an existing collaboration.

Sharing from a contact profile

1. Go to the Contacts page and tap a contact.
2. Tap Send a Property.
3. The map view opens — browse and select a property.
4. Tap the paper airplane icon to share it into the collaboration.

Sharing from within a collaboration

1. Open the collaboration.
2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Property — the map view opens.
4. Browse and select a property.
5. Tap the paper airplane icon to share it.

Sharing off-market properties

Option 1 — From the website dashboard (recommended for detailed entries):

1. Add the off-market property in Content → Properties on your Presence® website.
2. Set the property status to Pocket Listing.
3. The listing will appear in the app's property picker. Tap + to add it to a collaboration.

Option 2 — Directly in the app:

1. Open the property picker in a collaboration.
2. Tap Create Property at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter the property details manually.

Tip: The desktop experience is recommended for entering detailed property data — the in-app entry is faster but more limited.

Can I share off-market listings that aren't in the MLS?

Yes. Add the property as a Pocket Listing in the Presence® Platform or create it manually within the app's property picker. See [How to add a property listing to your Presence® website] for adding it through the CMS.

Where does a shared property appear for the client?

Shared properties appear in the Properties tab within the collaboration.
