How to turn off automatic blog publishing or move individual posts to draft before they go live.

Overview

The AI Blog Specialist automatically publishes posts after a 48-hour review window. You have three options: opt out entirely, move individual posts to Draft before they publish, or delete unwanted posts.

Option 1: Opt out of AI blog auto-publishing entirely

To disable automatic publishing for your account, contact our support team:

Option 2: Move an individual post to Draft before it publishes

If you want to stop a specific post from auto-publishing without turning off the feature entirely:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Blog Posts.
3. Open the post you want to hold.
4. In the top-right corner, switch the status to Draft.
5. Click Save.

Note: This must be done before the 48-hour review window closes. Once a post is published, it will need to be unpublished manually.

Option 3: Delete an unwanted post

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Blog Posts.
3. Click the three-dots icon next to the post.
4. Select Delete and confirm.

FAQs

How long do I have to review a post before it auto-publishes?

You have 48 hours from when the post is generated to move it to Draft or delete it before it publishes automatically.

Can I edit a post before it publishes?

Yes. Open the post in Content → Blog Posts, make your edits, and save. If it's in Draft status, it won't publish until you change the status to Published. See [How to make changes to a published blog post in Presence®] if you need to edit after it's already live.
