How to disable automated AI outreach for individual leads or your entire account.

Overview

AI Lead Nurture (Alex) automatically sends text messages to new leads on your behalf. You can turn it off for individual contacts yourself, or contact our support team to disable it for your entire account.

Option 1: Turn off AI Lead Nurture for your entire account

Contact our support team to request full account deactivation — there is no self-service setting to disable AI Lead Nurture for all leads at once:

Option 2: Mute AI Lead Nurture for a specific lead

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. Open the contact you want to update.
4. Locate the AI Lead Nurture section on the contact's profile.
5. Toggle AI Lead Nurture off for that contact.
6. Click Save.

Note: This must be done individually for each contact — there is no bulk mute option.

FAQs

Will turning off AI Lead Nurture affect anything else?

Disabling AI Lead Nurture stops automated text outreach only. Lead routing, listing alerts, and other platform features are not affected.

Can I re-enable AI Lead Nurture later?

Yes. Contact our support team to re-enable it for your account, or toggle it back on for individual contacts at any time.
