How to turn off AI Lead Nurture

How to disable automated AI outreach for individual leads or your entire account.

Note: Ending AI Lead Nurture for an individual contact is available on both desktop and the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Important: AI Lead Nurture is included on the Scale and All In plans, and it's available as an add-on for Launch and Brand plan customers.

AI Lead Nurture uses an AI assistant — named Alex by default — to text and follow up with new leads on your behalf. You can end it for individual contacts yourself, or contact our support team to disable it for your entire account.

Option 1: Turn off AI Lead Nurture for your entire account

Contact our support team to request full account deactivation — there is no self-service setting to disable AI Lead Nurture for all leads at once:

Option 2: End AI Lead Nurture for a specific lead

On desktop:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the contact's name to open their profile.
  4. Click the Messages tab.
  5. Click End AI Chat at the top of the tab.
  6. Confirm the action.

Alex stops messaging that lead immediately, and their status changes to Ended by You. The conversation history stays visible on the contact's Messages tab.

Important: This cannot be undone. Alex will not resume messaging that lead unless they re-engage by submitting a new inquiry or form on your website.

Will turning off AI Lead Nurture affect anything else?

Disabling AI Lead Nurture stops automated text outreach only. Lead routing, listing alerts, and other platform features are not affected.
