Overview

The Luxury Presence Mobile App includes a built-in AI voice note feature that lets you speak a prompt and have it automatically converted into a formatted note — or directly into a saved search for a client.

How to create an AI Voice Note

1. Tap into a Collaboration.
2. Tap the + icon and select Note.
3. Tap AI Voice Note.
4. Speak your prompt. Examples:
   • "Create a search in Tampa, $1M–$2M, 2 beds, 2 baths."
   • "Create a guide on Tampa's top restaurants, schools, events, nightlife, and safety."
5. Tap Stop to end the recording.
6. The AI generates a formatted, bulleted note from your prompt.

Optional: Enhance the note

After generation, tap Enhance to access additional options:

• Fix errors
• Suggest title
• Improve structure
• Summarize

Optional: Generate a saved search from the note

If your voice prompt described a property search, swipe and tap Generate Search. A saved search is created automatically from the criteria in your voice input.

FAQs

Can clients see AI-generated notes?

No. Notes created using the AI Voice Note feature are visible to the agent only. Clients will not see any AI indicators or the note content.

What kinds of prompts work best?

The AI works well with two types of prompts — property search criteria (location, price, beds, baths) and informational guides (neighborhood highlights, lifestyle content). For search-related prompts, use the Generate Search option to automatically create a saved search from the note.

Where do generated saved searches appear?
