How to use list view in the Home Search Tool

Switch between map and list view, sort columns, and save multiple listings at once.

What is list view in the Home Search Tool?

List view gives you a spreadsheet-style way to browse MLS listings directly in the Presence® Platform — no need to switch to RealScout or your MLS portal. You can sort, customize columns, and save multiple properties to your account in a single action.

How to use list view in the Home Search Tool

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Listings, then select MLS Search.
  3. In the top-right corner of the page, click the three-dots icon to switch to list view.

Note: To return to map view at any time, click the map icon next to the three-dots icon.

Sort listings

  1. In list view, click any sortable column header — Price, Square Footage, or Days on Market — to sort listings in ascending or descending order.

Customize columns

  1. In list view, click the Columns button.
  2. From the panel, add, remove, or reorder columns to match what you want to see.

Tip: Hide columns you don't need — like Status — to keep your view focused on what matters most.

Save multiple listings at once

  1. In list view, check the box next to each listing you want to save.
  2. Once you've made your selections, save them to your account.
  3. To view your saved listings, click Listings in the left-hand menu, then select Saved Listings.

Note: The ability to share multiple saved listings directly with a contact is coming in a future update.

Yes — list view in the Home Search Tool is available to all Luxury Presence agents on every plan.

Where do my saved listings go?

Listings you save from list view appear under Saved Listings, which you can find by clicking Listings in the left-hand menu and selecting the Saved Listings tab.

Can I sort by any column in list view?

Not every column is sortable. Currently, you can sort by Price, Square Footage, and Days on Market.
