The Homeowner Dashboard is a branded property portal that lives on your Luxury Presence website. Once a homeowner is enrolled, they receive a personalized view of their home's current estimated value, equity, estimated sale proceeds, comparable sales, and nearby market activity — updated monthly and delivered to their inbox under your name. It keeps you top of mind between transactions so that when a past client is ready to sell, you're already the agent they think of.

The Homeowner Dashboard is available on all Luxury Presence plan tiers at no additional cost.

How to use the Homeowner Dashboard

Step 1: Access the Homeowner Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Marketing from the left-hand menu, then select Email Campaigns.

You'll see an overview of all contacts currently enrolled in the Homeowner Dashboard, along with previews of the emails your homeowners will receive.

Step 2: Enroll contacts

To add homeowners to your dashboard:

1. Click the Enroll contact button.
2. Choose how you'd like to add contacts:

Choose from contacts A window will appear showing all contacts currently in your Luxury Presence account. Select the contacts you'd like to enroll, then click Send email. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to their personalized dashboard.

Add from email A pop-up will appear where you can enter email addresses manually. Enter one email address per field. To add more recipients, click Add another. When you're finished, click Send email.

Step 3: Preview the emails homeowners receive

From the Homeowner Dashboard overview, you can preview both emails your enrolled contacts will receive:

• Invitation email — Sent when a contact is first enrolled, with a link to their new dashboard
• Monthly report email — Sent once a month with updated home value figures and a direct link back to their dashboard

What homeowners see on their dashboard

Each enrolled homeowner gets a personalized property report on your Luxury Presence website. Their dashboard includes:

• Current home value estimate — Powered by ATTOM's Automated Valuation Model (AVM)
• Historical value trend — A chart showing how the home's estimated value has changed over time
• Equity position — How much equity the homeowner has built in the property
• Estimated sale proceeds — A projection of what the homeowner would net from a sale today
• Comparable sales — Recently sold homes nearby
• Active nearby listings — Homes currently for sale in the area
• Your new listings — A carousel of your own active listings

Who can use the Homeowner Dashboard?

The Homeowner Dashboard is available to all Luxury Presence clients on every plan tier. There is no additional cost and no separate billing activation required.

Does MLS need to be enabled on my site?

Yes — MLS must be active on your Luxury Presence website for the Homeowner Dashboard to function correctly. If MLS is not currently enabled on your site, contact our support team before activating the dashboard to avoid any issues. You can reach us by live chat in the Presence® Platform, at support@luxurypresence.com, or by calling 310-955-1077, option 2.

How do homeowners access their dashboard?

When you enroll a contact, they receive an invitation email with a link to their personalized dashboard on your Luxury Presence website. After that, they'll receive a monthly email each month with a fresh link to their updated report.

How do I see who is currently enrolled?

Navigate to Marketing > Email Campaigns in the Presence® Platform. You'll see a complete list of enrolled contacts and can add new contacts or manage your existing homeowner base from that view.

Can I enroll multiple contacts at once?

Yes. From Marketing > Email Campaigns, click Enroll contact, then select Choose from contacts to browse and select multiple contacts from your existing Luxury Presence database in one step.

How often do homeowners receive emails?

Homeowners receive one invitation email when they are first enrolled, then one monthly report email each month with updated home value data.

Can a homeowner stop receiving emails?

Yes. Homeowners can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email they receive. You can also manage notification settings for your enrolled homeowners from within the Homeowner Dashboard overview.

How does this compare to Homebot?

The Homeowner Dashboard delivers a very similar experience to Homebot — monthly branded home value reports sent to your clients.
