How to upload, reorder, or delete images

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. On the right-hand side, locate the Images box:
   • To upload new images — click Upload Images, then click Select files to upload
   • To reorder or delete existing images — click Manage All
5. In the Media Gallery:
   • Reorder — drag and drop images into the desired order
   • Delete — select an image and click the trash can icon
   • Upload — click Select files to upload, select your files, then click Assign Selected
6. Click the X to close the Media Gallery and return to the property details page.
7. Click Save in the top-right corner.

FAQs

What's the difference between "Upload Images" and "Manage All"?

Both open the Media Gallery. Upload Images takes you directly to the file upload screen. Manage All shows your existing images and lets you reorder, delete, or add new ones from the same view.

Does this work for MLS-synced listings too?

Not directly. MLS-synced listings have Image Sync enabled by default, which prevents manual image management. You'll need to turn off Image Sync first. See [How to upload custom images for MLS-synced property listings in Presence®].

Can I upload images in bulk?

Yes. In the Media Gallery, click Select files to upload and select multiple files at once before clicking Assign Selected.

Can I clear all property details like price, address, and description?

Yes. Navigate to the property in Content → Properties, scroll to the field you want to clear, delete the content, and click Save. Note that for MLS-synced properties, you'll need to disable the relevant sync toggle first — see [How to edit an MLS-synced property listing in Presence®].
