How to connect MoxiWorks CRM to your Presence® website

How to set up the MoxiWorks integration using your Company ID.

Overview

Integrating MoxiWorks (also known as MoxiEngage) with Luxury Presence automatically syncs leads from your website into MoxiWorks.

Important: The integration requires that the agent's email address in Luxury Presence exactly matches their email in MoxiWorks. Email addresses are used as the unique identifier between the two platforms — if they don't match, leads will not sync.

If you know your MoxiWorks Company ID

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click CRM Integrations in the left-hand panel.
  5. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
  6. Select MoxiWorks from the provider dropdown.
  7. Name the integration MoxiWorks.
  8. Enter your MoxiWorks Company ID.
  9. Click Save.

If you don't know your MoxiWorks Company ID

  1. Fill out the FORM to request your Company ID from MoxiWorks.
  2. MoxiWorks will send the Company ID to Luxury Presence — this typically takes 1–2 business days.
  3. Once received, our team will enter the Company ID and complete the integration setup on your behalf.
  4. You'll be notified when the integration is active.

How long does it take to receive the Company ID from MoxiWorks?

Typically 1–2 business days, though there may be some variability.

Do I need to set up the integration myself after the Company ID is received?

No. Once Luxury Presence receives the Company ID from MoxiWorks, our team completes the setup on your behalf.

What if the emails don't match between MoxiWorks and Luxury Presence?

The integration won't work. The agent's email address must be identical in both platforms. Update the email in either MoxiWorks or the agent's Luxury Presence profile to match before proceeding.

Does MoxiWorks support lead routing?
