How to access the Luxury Presence Mobile App

How to log in to the Luxury Presence Mobile App and what you need before getting started.

Overview

To access the Luxury Presence Mobile App, you need an active user account on your company's Presence® Platform. Any user with an Admin, Member, or Guest role can log in immediately using their email address or phone number.

How to log in

1. Open the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
2. Tap I'm an agent.
3. Select Email or Phone number.
4. Enter your credentials and log in.

Email login: All users can log in with the email address associated with their user account.

Phone number login: If a phone number is saved on your user profile, you can use it to log in instead of your email. Contact your account admin to add a phone number to your profile if needed — phone numbers are managed in Settings → Users in the Presence® Platform.

Why you should link your user to an agent profile

Linking your user account to an agent profile is strongly recommended. Without it, you won't see any data associated with your agent name in the app — including your listings, your leads, and any other content tied to your agent profile.

Agent profile association is configured by an admin during user setup in Settings → Users. If your data isn't appearing in the app, ask your admin to confirm your user is linked to the correct agent profile.

How admins create user accounts

If you don't have a user account yet, an admin on your team must create one. Only Admin users can create and manage user accounts.

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Users.
5. Create a new user or edit an existing user profile.

Once the account is created, the user can log in to the Luxury Presence Mobile App immediately. For full instructions, see [How to add and manage users in Presence®].

Troubleshooting: can't access the app

• No user account — ask an admin to verify a user exists for you in Settings → Users
• Inactive account — inactive or deactivated users cannot log in. Ask an admin to reactivate your account
• Wrong credentials — try logging in with your email address if phone number login isn't working
• Plan not included — the Luxury Presence Mobile App is only available on Brand, Scale, and Signature plans. Contact our support team if you're unsure which plan your company is on

Which user roles can log in to the mobile app?

Can I log in with my phone number instead of my email?

Yes, if a phone number is saved on your user profile. Phone numbers are managed by admins in Settings → Users in the Presence® Platform. Ask your admin to add your number if you want to use this login method.

Why aren't my listings or leads showing in the app?

Your user account may not be linked to an agent profile. Without this link, the app won't show data associated with your agent name. Ask your admin to confirm your user is linked to the correct agent profile in Settings → Users.

I don't have a user account — how do I get one?

Ask an Admin user on your team to create one for you in Settings → Users in the Presence® Platform. Once created, you can log in to the app immediately.
