How to reassign a lead

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
3. Use the search bar to find the lead, or scroll through the list.
4. Check the box to the left of the lead's name.
5. Click Reassign in the bottom bar.
6. In the Agents dropdown, select the agent you want to assign the lead to.
7. In the Users dropdown, select yourself.
8. Click Save.

To reassign multiple leads at once, check multiple boxes before clicking Reassign — the same reassignment applies to all selected leads.

Important: Reassigning a lead does not send a lead alert email to the newly assigned agent. The agent will need to check the Presence® Platform manually for leads assigned to them.
